  The Glassboro location of Pizza Hut came through for me today! The manager quickly fixed a problem created by another location. He didn’t need to, but realized I was frustrated over the whole situation. I would definitely will be ordering from the Glassboro Pizza Hut from now on!

  I placed an online order (a pizza and cheese sticks) when my order arrived (through DoorDash delivery person - “Dhanapal”) I asked were my cheese sticks were as he only handed over the pizza. He “claimed” that Pizza Hut only gave him a pizza, yet the receipt which was attached to the pizza box clearly stated pizza and Cheese sticks! He left, didn’t even try to help or fix the problem. I called Pizza Hut and told them what happened. They explained that they did in fact handed my cheese sticks to the driver, so he either lied or dropped them. Anywho, the Pizza Hut manager fixed it. He replaced the cheese sticks and had them sent over. Though the experience was crazy and unpleasant I’m happy to see that good customer service still exists. Thank you Pizza Hut of Glassboro, NJ!

  We ordered 3 pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of soda from Pizza Hut directly on their website/app. They sent door dash which delivered the pizzas but no soda. Got ripped off. Every time door dash gets involved there’s always something missing.

  The college kid charged my girl twice, kid didn’t know where we are as always but they always deliver to the location we live in, then the pizza oh man the pizza was just terrible! Stuffed crust ALL DOUGH, no filling of cheese the pizza itself completely cut wrong and lopsided uneven and small and big weird pizza shape, no sauce under the cheese tasted dry and had been sitting out in the box for 2 days, tasted like it was as if a 15 year old made us a lunchable pizza never ever order from here ever.
