I recently ordered a smoothie with mango monsoon and requested a substitution of papaya guava passion fruit juice in place of banana, along with the addition of dragon fruit energizer and fat burner. However, when I received my smoothie, it was yellow in color, which seems unusual considering I added dragon fruit. Additionally, the taste did not resemble that of a banana or dragon fruit , as expected. I spoke with one of your employees, who confirmed that the smoothie did contain dragon fruit. I would appreciate some clarification on this matter, as I was hoping to enjoy the intended flavor profile. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your response. The girl literally looked at me and didn’t greet me or anything. She came to the register and looked at me said nothing and I said “hi how are you?” Literal crickets just stared at me. So I ordered and waited and she put them on the counter and walked away and I said “have a great day!” And nothing. I am highly dissatisfied with the attitude of these employees at this location. Thankfully the smoothies taste good.
