Greats customer service but before I was going to use the bathroom a younger black male employee walked out and the bathroom stunk like a weed pen and didn’t seem like he washed his hands . So unprofessional…imagine if a child went into the bathroom after him and was hot boxed in the bathroom. So gross

I paid over $6 for a side of chili that the portion looked like it belonged in a kids meal. The chili had so much grease, I could've lubed my car. The SCORCHIN DOUBLE CHICKEN SMASH is best described as two sawdust hockey pucks with cheese. I also ordered SMASHFRIES (more money) that looked no different than the fries in a kids meal. And speaking of a kids meal, the MAC and Cheese........I've had boxed Mac and Cheese that tasted better. My granddaughter (the mac and cheese connoisseur), said it was the worst she ever tasted.

My son got a build your own burger loaded fries and a milkshake. We got the food to go the place was completely empty, it was a Saturday night so I was kind of surprised but our food was quick and the service was good. My son loved his food.

So, I called and was told my only option was to drive all the way back to get the rest of my order. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me. They made absolutely no attempt to make it right for their screw up. Refused to refund the money for my missing food. Mistakes happen. Yes. But I refuse to patronize an establishment that takes no accountability for their errors. I urge all to consider that when there are similar choices in the area.
