Small portions compared to other locations I've been to. I had to ask for "extra" which would have been a normal amount in places like Cherry Hill. AND PAID MORE! All the available tables were dirty so we had to clean the one we chose off ourselves. Even though there were plenty of people on duty, we had to wait a while for a cashier. Then he struggled to get our rewards taken off the bill and kept giving us the wrong total. You can tell a lot of the food had been sitting there and the containers were mostly empty. Oddly enough, after our order, they refilled some of the dishes and a man behind me got bigger portions.
For it being a Friday night, I was really disappointed in the food quality, portion sizes and staff. I would not recommend going here if you're expecting the same experience you received in a larger town.

I have always enjoyed everything I’ve ordered at Chipotle until I came to this location. I’m not sure if they receive a defective batch of ingredients, but their food lacks in flavor and the texture is even off compared to other locations I’ve been to. I wouldn’t have left this review if it wasn’t for my experience a few days ago, in which an employee was extremely rude to me… I have been here 3 times and I will not be returning.

This location regularly runs out of items and the staff are often rude or dismissive. It makes ordering stressful instead of enjoyable. Really hoping they improve both service and inventory management.

I drove to the store around 10:20pm, (close to closing time) to place an in person order. I went inside to get in line, and there was only a couple in front of me. No one else in the store. I hear a Chipotle employee approach them and just say, “We’re out of cheese, mild salsa, and queso.” That was the greeting. The couple seemed disappointed and so was I, because I was looking forward to mild salsa on my burrito. As the couple stood there deciding if they should continue with their order or not, I walked to the other side of the restaurant, close to the cash register, and noticed containers filled with the items they said they were “out of.” I asked the employee behind the cash register, “Why did you guys say you were out of the items I’m seeing available right behind you?” “Those are only for online orders,” he responded nonchalantly. I was so disappointed and confused since I was standing in front of them and only wanted some salsa. He refused to provide me with the readily available food items behind him and kept insisting it was for online orders only. I then had to pull out my phone and place an online order inside the store. I shared this information with the couple, who at this time were paying for their food (without the available items). They were also in shock and asked to speak with a manager, who never apologized and reiterated the cashiers words. The couple asked for some cheese and salsa to go and the manager put some in small containers and just placed it on the counter and left. I expressed to her that it didn’t seem fair or convenient for them to tell us that they were out of something when in fact it wasn’t. Even if it was available for online orders only, why didn’t they share this information initially? It wasn’t until I spotted the food items and inquired about it, that they mentioned it.
“Is your online order for Laura?” Was the manager’s reply, and she went to package my order when I replied yes. No apology or valid explanation was given. This is the second time this has happened to me inside this specific store (the first time I was pregnant, and they told me they were out of beans, and as I was then paying at the cash register, I noticed an entire container of beans in the area behind the cash register. I was so upset, I decided to leave. Which is what made me check again this time).
I do not appreciate the ongoing dishonesty and the disregard for customer service the employees have in this store. Again, this is the second time I’ve experienced this from a whole different crew of employees. It’s disappointing how they go out of their way to inconvenience a customer for items that they can easily just add to an order. Items that do not require any cooking. Specially when the store is half an hour away from closing. The fact that they gave me no choice but to get on my phone and place an online order, to get everything I want, while standing in front of them, is ridiculous and unbelievable. I have just decided to never step foot in this store again. It is conveniently the closest Chipotle to where I live, in Mullica Hill, but I will have no choice but to find another. This is unbelievably disheartening.
To top it all off, the food had no flavor and the majority of the chicken pieces in my bowl were burnt. It was disgusting! I recommend Undercover Boss making a quick stop at this location ASAP. They’ll be in for a surprise.
