As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Let me begin by saying this is the only local burger joint that is reasonably priced besides that I have nothing else good to say about checkers or this location I was served a double cheeseburger with a single patty no cheese and extra pickles. There was too much mayo on the sandwich, even though I asked for a double cheese plain I don’t know how one could mess up such an easy order. The apple pie I ordered was stale. How could the apples inside be crunchy? I understand the shell is crunchy but how are the apples inside The box where you order at stinks like hell The quality of the speaker is so poor you have to ask what at least seven times every single time I pull up to the drive-through I am quickly asked. What do you want? What do I want? I want to order food without being pestered about it. Is that such a big deal to ask for such a simple thing? The sprite was flat and had no ice, even though I requested for ice I didn’t even know checkers had unseasoned fries, but somehow mine were unseasoned The workers usually seem a little nicer when you pull up to the window, but they always make you do all this extra work drive around to the other side repeat your order and they’re horribly rude about it They’re very inconsiderate of the customers who are just trying to get some food The employees and neglect their job description and don’t follow through with proper protocol and procedures

Drive thru experience: Every time I go you have to drive to both windows the first to order and pay and then you drive all the way around the entire building to have your food handed to you through your passenger window. With no signs or warnings prior but instead a sign saying double lanes. I order the buffalo chicken tenders. They were great two years ago, now when you order they give you tenders with the absolute smallest drizzle of sauce you've witnessed hit a meal.
If I could attach pictures I would, its actually really funny how little they try it almost looks like someone put buffalo sauce on the tenders by accident and just didnt care. I ordered 5 Buffalo tenders for almost 8 dollars, 3 of them have sauce which its such a bare minimum amount that its dried into the crust.
I didnt sign up to serve our country to keep our community safe to be taken care of less than school lunch ladies for 4 times the price.
Figure out the window system for the love of god. And the least you could do when there is no one else around is throw some sauce in the bag.
