I personally saw him washing plastic cups that customers had returned if they didn't like their coffee, and then reselling them to other people. He also kicks customers out of the restaurant. I don't understand how the company Dunkin allows someone like him to manage such a large place. He should be removed-he's rude and doesn't know how to deal with people properly. He has no professionalism at all. I do not recommend that anyone go there again.
