  One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I order there, they always mess up my order. They don’t even bother apologizing; they try to blame the customer first. Just last night, on April 28, 2026, I ordered two meals and a sandwich. They forgot to put one of the meals in the bag. I got home missing one meal and no sauce at all. How can you eat your chicken finger without sauce? It took me an hour to drive back and forth to get my order. I brought it back and showed them that it was cold and I needed a replacement. They acted like they had the new order, but they gave me the same order bag that I had just given them. It was so frustrating!

  I don't know what all the other reviews are talking about, I went inside and met some of the kindest workers compared to other fast foods. The taste was awesome and the atmosphere was calm and Happy. 20/10 will definitely be eating there again.

  As much as I love that they put this cfa in glassboro… i’ll continue to take the 15 min drive to mantua. At least there I know my order will always be correct and provide quick service. Since this places has opened I’ve had multiple issues with my order.From every single item I ordered being wrong to inedible food. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and understanding all staff is new.. it’s hard to when this happens every visit. Will be out of business in now time!

  The worst Chick fil a ever. Waited 15-20 minutes with 4 cars in front of me but the mobile order pick up merged with the normal drive thru so people got to cut in front of me immediately. The worst drive thru system I’ve ever seen. Somehow ended up waiting with 6 cars in front of me after already waiting 10 minutes. The fries weren’t salted. I didn’t get the right amount of nuggets. The ice in my drink tasted weird. I tried to give this place another chance, Chick fil a is my favorite but after about 5 times I’ll never go back to this location again.

  after a long day at work, patiently waited for my french fry and cookies and cream milkshake. I pulled right up and got my order taken line, wasn’t that long maybe six cars. Definitely took at least 20 minutes to get my order, They told me to pull up to the stop sign when I got to the window for a milkshake and french fry? In my rearview mirror, I see the employee swirling my milkshake around like it’s soda. I look at my milkshake. It’s melted. You can see liquid and then a big block of milkshake that was a little bit cold still. I asked for a new fresh one. The worker goes in side and comes back out in 10 seconds with the same milkshake, I knew it was the same milkshake because it had the same sticker on the cup if you got a new cup, it wouldn’t have the sticker from my order on it. she added a little bit of ice cream on top and mixed it again to make it seem like it was a new milkshake. It was cookies and cream, and it was literally brown like a chocolate milkshake. I had to go inside and get a nice girl working the front to remake it for me and she apologize for her coworkers actions but honestly it’s getting ridiculous. You’ve been open for a month or so; why open the location if you cant operate correctly.
