I was told my refund would take 24hours it took 8 days yo get it and an email to the customer service department. When I finally get my money back they didnt reimburse me the tip I also paid I only got the money spent on food. Why keep the tip if food was never delivered in the first place??? I also requested a phone call back from Customer Service and recieved nothing. I would not order from here again.
