  After how I was treated but the 2 lady’s in The drive-through today I will never spend another penny at this location. I actually would always come to this location because I never had an issue with my coffee and the convenience of it but for some reason today I had the worst experience with one of your employees that had got an attitude because my drink did not taste like it was made correctly and asked them to remake it. I got the runaround talked about with the drive-through window open after she put in the caramel, she got nasty showed my husband, and said hear are your five caramels then stated starring it with a spoon that you could hear it in the passenger seat very aggressively, then handed the coffee to my husband and said now here’s your coffee. Have a nice day and slammed the window really hard. The lady taking the orders at the drive-through yelled through the window as we were getting ready to pull away. “You can’t be mad now.” What kind of customer service do you think this is sure not customer service that I would want to ever have to deal with again. I will definitely go completely out of my way to another Dunkin now.

  The ice comes with a drink! I allowed the ice to melt in the cup, and it was more than halfway full of melted ice

  Just tried to get my kid breakfast before school. I normally don’t go here but it was closer and we didn’t have much time to spare. I arrived with no one in the drive thru line. I ordered her breakfast sand-which. We drove off and as she tried to eat her food , it was cold. They just slapped on the egg, bacon and cheese , wrapped it up and gave it to me. This Dunkin is already over priced than the others , and now we get served cold food. Never again will I spend another dime at this establishment. Im not sure if this was a “rush” matter due to staffing or just laziness.

  If you want the new guy to mess up your coffee and lie about it, come here. If not, you should know how disappointing it is to have the best location in the area reduced to this. They used to have the most pleasant staff and everything was amazing. Now its filled with the idea that its okay to ruin people's orders and then lie to your face. Anyone can taste If there is sugar or not. Anyone can taste If its stirred or not.
