  Extremely unprofessional experience at this location on April 5th, 2026, at 1:42 AM. My partner and I were picking up a DoorDash order that was sitting right next to the employees at the window. Despite the app instructing me to use the drive-thru, the staff was dismissive and laughing, refusing to hand me the order and demanding I come inside for no reason. Every other McDonald’s location allows late-night drive-thru pickups when the instructions say so. Because of this staff's intentional lack of cooperation and unprofessional attitude, the customer never received their food and I was unable to complete my delivery. This wasn't just poor service; it was a deliberate choice to hinder a driver and fail a customer for their own amusement.

  Drive through order, girl making coffee didn’t seem to know how to operate the machine then realizes there wasn’t any coffee made. Asked me to pull forward while they brewed it. In a business of automation they still dropped the ball. Not the end of the world but waiting 10 minutes after placing an app order in advance is not what corporate would be happy with after making the restaurant with idiot proof equipment.

  Loud, rude and in your face service at the counter. There are 2 other equally good fast food restaurants just a few yards away in the same location, and that is where I went after canceling my order.
