  Is bad service I’m Latina and I was speaking to them in English to order my food and the people who works there they also Spanish and they was laughing when I started ordering my food and they just keep looking at me and laughing at the same time even the old lady works there!.

  When I asked for two water cups, the worker gave me an attitude and only gave me one. It made the interaction uncomfortable and was disappointing customer service.

  Today I drove 15 minutes to eat at this place, but unfortunately I was met by a very unprofessional young employee (Latina, around 20–25 years old). She was laughing, acting as if she didn’t understand me, even though I have lived in this country for many years and people understand me everywhere I go. Instead of doing her job, she treated the situation like a joke and mocked a customer. Because of her lack of professionalism, she gave me a burger without the bread. When I came back to ask what happened, she continued laughing and tried to make it look like I was the one who was confused. In reality, she created the problem herself and handled it in the worst way possible. People like this should not be working in customer service. Her behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I came here to enjoy my meal, not to be disrespected.

  Everyone that works here is so nice. The place is clean. The food is good. Wanda is the best always so helpful and friendly.
