    Stop and Shop used to feel cool. It no longer does. It has not changed one lick in the past 10 years, and now feels like it's losing ground to Shoprite and Wegmans and all the other yuppie niche food stores. Invest into your company and your buildings, S&S, or there'll be none left eventually.

    The store is in a very convenient location for me but the product quality is hit or miss. I avoid buying any kind of ice cream here because I got tired of driving home to open it just to find it was freezer burnt every single time. I even started opening ice cream after paying to check for freezer burn and had to walk right over to customer service for a return. This is such a strange issue for a large chain grocery store. Shoprite isn't too much farther and we never have an issue there, so we just do all of our shopping there rather than split trips between two stores.
