I honestly don’t know how they passed a health inspection. The toilets look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a very long time, and the baby changing station in the women’s bathroom has visible mold on it. That’s not just unpleasant—it’s unsafe. How is anyone supposed to place an infant on that? It’s disappointing and unacceptable. Panera Bread needs to take this seriously and make immediate improvements.
