The real reason I’m leaving this review is because of the condition of the bathrooms. For a food establishment, the restrooms are shockingly unclean. I honestly don’t know how they passed a health inspection. The toilets look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a very long time, and the baby changing station in the women’s bathroom has visible mold on it. That’s not just unpleasant—it’s unsafe. How is anyone supposed to place an infant on that? It’s disappointing and unacceptable. Panera Bread needs to take this seriously and make immediate improvements.

Waited way longer than I needed to for two soups and watched several people get called . Finally I got my order checked the bag saw the broccoli and cheese and the other soup under it so I know I had the soups . Got all the way home to find the second soup wasn’t chicken noodle but some thick gray rice concoction . Moral of the story is always check your order even when it’s literally just a ladle of soup. Panera do better that was very disappointing and now I’m starting to wonder if you ran out of the chicken noodle and substituted that grey mess. Lost confidence !
