I am a member of the lgbt and have never been made to feel uncomfortable here. Food and atmosphere is what you would expect at a fast food place. The service is not great but I can say from my observations it's not the fault of Staff but upper management. Staff is doing the best they can with what they have when there are nowhere near enough of them to handle the volume. You will wait a very long time to even give your order if you didn't use an app of some kind to pre-order. Pricing for what you get is outlandish

I needed singles to get back home and the front guy working the register November 5th at 6:30pm looked at me very rudely and said “I can’t give you singles.” I have gotten singles before at this place which is why I came here so I’m just confused what changed and I wish I was told a little more nicely.

The cashier had a language barrier and didn’t understand my order so we asked him to get the manager, the manager (middle aged black woman) was EXREMELY rude and dismissive to us when we were explaining the situation to her she rolled her eyes. If your that miserable you shouldn’t work in fast food, it’s only Wednesday I would hate to see her attitude on a Friday or Saturday when it’s busy.
