- BCBilal ChoudhryFeb 13, 20261.0I don't give public reviews much but have had the worst experience of my life with an ice cream cake bought from the freehold DQ location. I bought a cake for my daughter's birthday, the staff was very friendly and polite. We cut the cake in the evening and found multiple hair inside the cake , the ice cream part had hair and the crunch part had several hair in it. We were so disgusted that we had to throw it away. I thought of sharing it so that DQ might take notice and work on their hygiene standards. We used to be regular DQ customers, but unfortunately not anymore.
