  We were put in corner. Hardly had out waitress to even help. She was nice changed our table for tv but overall we won’t be back. Service was horrible.

  I am so loving the new games. Oh, thanks for fixing the air problem. Last night was perfect. Getting ready for my summers Dave and Buster surfing. Cannot want for the one in Bridgewater NJ. The two manager's that closed are Rock Stars by looks, customer service and professiinalism.

  Nice place to hang out whenever at Freehold Mall. A wide variety of games and atmosphere, in general, is very fun and lively. Looking forward to coming back soon as I still have credits on my game card.

  This place is literally a giant Chuck e cheese with liquor. I could not believe when we walked in and there were at least four times as many children as they were adults. This is advertised as an adult, date night activity / venue when in reality it's parents who need to be drunk all the time so they bring their children and let them run wild in an enclosed area with video games. Absolute chaos, not good at all for a date or for adults honestly. I used the restroom which was filled with crying children who's Mommy's were teaching them to, "pee pee in the potty." I was unaware that Dave & Buster's was a place used to potty train? It was pathetic and we left without playing a single game or purchasing any food or alcohol. It was loud and obnoxious and filled with drunk adults who clearly would rather be drunk with their children then pay for a babysitter like normal humans. Not at all like the advertisement, do not recommend this at all for anyone over the age of 10.

  I’ve been to Dave & Buster’s in other states, and it was always advertised and felt like more of an adult fun environment. That’s exactly what we expected walking into the Freehold location—but it was the complete opposite. Instead of an adult atmosphere, it felt like a daycare with beer. There were maybe two or three younger couples at the bar trying to enjoy a night out, but the place was filled with toddlers running around, screaming and singing the entire time. Not exactly the vibe you want for a date night or to relax. Honestly, it felt more like a mix of Chuck E. Cheese and a bar. I guess if anything, it might keep those couples from drinking too much or moving too fast—but that’s not why people go there. We walked in just to check it out and compare it to other locations we’ve visited, and it didn’t even come close. Those had a much more adult-focused atmosphere. This one? Completely different story. Disappointing experience. Definitely not what it’s supposed to be. Never again.
