I ordered the new Jalapeño Ranch Club without lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, onions, cheddar jack, and jalapeños. I ordered it specifically for the ranch bun. I just wanted the spicy chicken sandwich with American cheese and pickles. Very simple. Instead, I got a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, pepper jack, jalapeños, and pickles. I also ordered a 6 pack of cookies. I didn’t want 6, but the other day I ordered 2 but only got 1. Well, they gave me just 1 cookie again. DoorDash redelivered the sandwich and cookies. I alerted the driver who completed the redelivery to make sure the order was accurate. It wasn’t. They gave me 5 cookies, and they didn’t put any pickles on my sandwich. This is not what other Chick-fil-As are like. Other locations seem to take pride in making orders correctly. Not this location. Failure starts at the top. They need to do a better job of training employees.
