  Been coming here for years. They’re under construction. Whole outside and drive through order kiosk is taped off in caution tape. Made a mobile order and pulled straight up to the window. The pink haired lady asked if I could go back around and state my order in the microphone. I told her I’d rather not since there is now a long line of cars. I’m here, I ordered, why can’t you serve me now? To which her response was “well they were here first” They actually weren’t. Or else their cars would be in front of mine. I work locally and place many orders here. You have just lost a long time customer. I will go to one of the many other food establishments in town.

  I went to the drive thru and informed the worker about the sign outside by the ordering machine. She said they know about it and they decided to put it up anyway. The lack of public awareness and sensitivity to people is crazy. See for yourself. The picture is included here!

  Check to ensure you got what you ordered. Example, today, ordered a medium #8 that came with NO fries a coke instead of DIET & two kids meals with no frosty’s. They were not busy at all. I was the only customer. Moral of the story, don’t trust this location fulfilling your order at the drive thru as this has happened to me often here & I don’t even stop at Wendy’s much. Ridiculous!!!
