    Check to ensure you got what you ordered. Example, today, ordered a medium #8 that came with NO fries a coke instead of DIET & two kids meals with no frosty’s. They were not busy at all. I was the only customer. Moral of the story, don’t trust this location fulfilling your order at the drive thru as this has happened to me often here & I don’t even stop at Wendy’s much. Ridiculous!!!

    Very rude staff. Went in to order and the first thing they asked me was "how did you get in?" Umm its 9am on a Friday. I walked in the front door. I guess they dont want my business so I just left.

    It takes forever when you go inside to order. I was the only one on line and the person at the register didn't even acknowledge me. Also everytime I go to use to rewards/offers they just stare at me like I have 5 heads then have to call over another employee to help them do it. The place is just a joke

    Always forgetting something specifically the Franklin Wendy’s is horrible they can not make food for the life of them and always end up forgetting something wouldn’t recommend

    My husband just went into the restaurant to grab some lunch - we are a local business owners so he was in the area. He stood at the counter for about 10 mins and they just stared at him. Each and every worker just stared at him. Not one worker would help him or take his order. What a disgrace! Aren’t you there to do a job? My husband left without any lunch and without a word being said to him!!! There are plenty of other places to eat in the area and with new ones every day - we don’t need to stand for this horrible lack of service.
