  Very rude staff. I ordered a tea and asked for honey in it, when i got to the window they handed me honey packets after i had already asked for the honey to be in my tea. This is the only dunkin’ that has ever given me an issue about and and in my opinion they are just lazy and don’t want to do their job ! The owner /mananger who came to the window was also very nasty! will NOT be returning. Don’t work in this kind of industry if you don’t want to do basic tasks like a special request on an order , that’s your job !!!!

  This place is one of the worst DD I’ve ever been too . The staff is snotty , they don’t listen when you’re ordering, then you get to the window and you get the wrong drink/food and on top of that you get attitude! I stopped going here for this reason. I ordered an English muffin , turkey sausage, egg,cheese and it was still frozen in the middle ….. thus is unacceptable!!! Ive been going to oburg DD which staff is so nice and pleasant and they listen to what your ordering … I’m going to start going to oburg again! I’m DONE with this DD! They should shut down or get new staff!

  I just got breakfast for myself and my kids here l. We went through the drive through and were missing my kids donut. Crying 6 year old at the moment.. it’s the worst when you leave with your food packed up only to realize the youngest didn’t get his!

  I called at least 5 times trying to reach the store to correct my order and nobody picked up for almost 45 minutes. Not coming here again, my food was wrong and missing. Plus, my sister stopped by the same day I DoorDashed some. They gave her peppermint but told me they were out…

  Watched the lady making my drinks get cold foam on her fingers and suck it off with her mouth. Not once, but twice. Then proceed to grab my lids and put them on my drinks …. I find this extremely unhygienic and plain gross. Why would I want to sip my drink after a stranger slobbered on her fingers then touched my lid where my mouth goes? On top of that, she did not stir my drinks at all before adding the cold foam… how am I supposed to mix my drink without ruining the cold foam?Will not be returning to this location.
