The staff is snotty , they don’t listen when you’re ordering, then you get to the window and you get the wrong drink/food and on top of that you get attitude! I stopped going here for this reason. I ordered an English muffin , turkey sausage, egg,cheese and it was still frozen in the middle ….. thus is unacceptable!!! Ive been going to oburg DD which staff is so nice and pleasant and they listen to what your ordering … I’m going to start going to oburg again! I’m DONE with this DD! They should shut down or get new staff!

Bagel with butter tasted like it was prepared on a surface covered with cleaning chemicals (unable to eat). Bagel with cream cheese was ordered NOT toasted, came toasted with ridiculously little cream cheese on it. See pictures! Coffee roll was ok. Won't be back to this location.

Then proceed to grab my lids and put them on my drinks …. I find this extremely unhygienic and plain gross. Why would I want to sip my drink after a stranger slobbered on her fingers then touched my lid where my mouth goes? On top of that, she did not stir my drinks at all before adding the cold foam… how am I supposed to mix my drink without ruining the cold foam?Will not be returning to this location.
