  4/10/26 in Drive thru. Morning crew had such a bad attitude. They tried to give me half of my order due to breakfast being over soon and got visibly mad when I told them nicely that I ordered a lot more than what they gave me. 2 female employees (1 black, 1 Hispanic) looked at each other and rolled their eyes after I notified them. I was extremely polite and patient the whole time. Finally got the rest of my order and 1 of the meals was missing. Told the black female employee about it- again she rolled her eyes at me and huffed. Hispanic woman was very suspicious when she brought me the missing meal and had it behind her back questioning me on how many I ordered and how many were in the bags before she would give it to me. I was already questioned about this when I reported it missing to begin with. For the 3rd time I repeated when I had told them already. She finally gave it to me but stared at me, acting like I was lying. I will be contacting corporate as I have their names. Treating a non threatening, polite customer like this is absurd.

  More about speed than getting orders right. No sausage on my sandwich when I clearly stated NO EGG. Had to force myself to eat just the bread cause I was starving and had a 2hr drive. Now I am more than hangry

  One of our favorite McDonalds to go to the food and service here is always on point.

  Met the owner Reggie, very pleasant and professional gentleman. The staff seemed relaxed and happy generally positive and cheerful demeanor. They really revamped from the prior BK building it has a chill ambience, very clean and organized. Loved it! And yes owner is a Rutgers Alum hence the huge R R signs lol. RU!!!!❤️❤️

  beyond disgusted, GOT A drink and when i was halfway done i saw some type of meat ?? in my drink i was so disgusted this place is nasty. this was a picture the next day so it’s a little bit hard to see but you can literally see the particles falling
