- LKLathika KondapalliNov 1, 20251.0The worker there was so rude to us. I had a birthday reward and a BOGO reward that I used in my online order. We payed online and we showed up to subway. The worker said in a very rude manner that they don’t take any online rewards and if we had a problem, we should go complain to “subway”. As soon as she said this, she turned her back and left the situation. We tried questioning her by asking why the rewards went through in the system and we didn’t have any problem online, but she wasn’t able to respond. We left because we did not like how we were getting treated. Go to the Piscataway one instead, they’re much nicer and for some reason, their footlongs are cheaper.

The first time, they canceled my order because it wasn’t convenient for them to honor the “buy one footlong, get another for a dollar” deal. Today I ordered the same offer, they didn’t cancel it, but they gave me two empty sandwiches. On top of that, the Indian manager is quite rude, and they don’t even have half of the food items they advertise. I work at a nearby school, and now I understand why everyone there always orders from Jersey Mike’s. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Very poor quality and terrible customer service — that business will be closing soon.
