The service is ridiculous, Noone comprehends my requests or seem to understand what im saying. Gettjng an order from here is ridiculously frustrating and it shouldn't be this bad. Drive thru seems fine but coming inside and dealing wIth the workers in the front. HORRIBLE. It's not just one time its every time I go in.

In a time when McDonald's is losing customers I would have expected better customer care. I see why they have a 2.something rating. And forget trying to submit a customer complaint on the website. It asked about 20 questions, some of which did not apply. And then why trying to enter the store number it erased all the previous answers. I am not mcloving it

He went out his way to throw the ketchup packets at me instead of handing them to me! His name tag appeared to say “Luis”. Very unpleasant experience at this mcdonald’s mainly because I always go here due to it being the closest location near me . Don’t go here if you want this young man throwing ketchup at you.!!
