When I arrived, they claimed they didn’t have my order. I double-checked that it was the correct location and showed them my confirmation, but instead of doing the right thing and making my food, the two employees working literally walked away from me and refused to help. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but at any other store, they at least remake the order once you show proof. Here? They flat out told me they didn’t want to make it because they “didn’t want to lose money.” My order was less than $15, and they’d rather lose a customer than do their job. To make it worse, I was told to “call corporate” but they refused to provide a number, and when I tried again, the call just redirected back to the same useless store. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism. I will never set foot in this location again, and I’d recommend anyone else avoid it too.
