I ordered a large pie, paid for extra topping, asked for it to be “extra baked”, paid for delivery and when I received it, it was raw - not fully cooked. There was literally thick layers of soft dough around the crust. When I called them expressing my concern and disappointment, the manger said “It’s the new dough” and just paused for my answer! I don’t care. That’s not my problem. He offered to give me free pizza on my next order. I said I ordered that for lunch. He’s like “I’ll remake it, you come pick it up.” Why would I pick it up when I paid extra for delivery? What a disappointment! I will never order from this location again!!!
