  I just called customer service to confirm They were open since we just had a storm today. The female answering the phone answered “stop n shop Of franklin lakes… we close at 10pm” I said oh ok you are open until 10p. She replied..,”thats what i said” and hung up on me. It was rude and very disappointing Quite unprofessional

  was just in there 6:30pm jan/26 and witnessed a man in a blue shirt and brown hair harassing a young poc employee about politics. i don’t know if the man harassing the gentlemen who was just trying to do his job was a patron or an employee but i am disgusted. i hope something is done about this- no one should be accosted and insulted like that.

  Very easy to find what you want, Very helpful staff and knowledgeable especially the seafood Joe is a great guy and always greets you with a smile and willingness to help you out with anything you need help with, cashiers are always friendly and helpful to you, prices are good and food is always fresh, and I like it cause it's a very good convenient place for me and less than a mile away from my home, great job to everyone who works in there! Thank you for your hard work and dedication

  Attention management, Tony in your deli department was very welcoming man today. Helping out myself and two other gentlemen. He is definitely a people person. Making everyone feel at home. Me personally I was not going to buy Salami only after asking him which one was good, I decided to buy a pound looking forward to having real human like him take care of me next time. He should be commended in his great work. FYI I just him for the first time today. Regarding your store is always neat and clean and everyone there is always warming and helpful. Thank you
