    McDonald’s Fort Lee (Visited 10/11/25 at 9:15 PM) My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. We arrived around 9:15 PM and waited about 10 minutes for our food. While waiting, a cleaning lady was loudly complaining in Spanish, saying things like “all these people are coming and I’m not going home tonight.” She seemed very upset and continued making noise while cleaning, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. When we finally got our food and sat down to eat, someone who appeared to be the manager came over and told us we only had five minutes to finish our meal. The cleaning lady stood behind her the entire time. I explained that if we only had five minutes to eat, I would rather have my money back, but the manager repeated that we had only five minutes and warned us not to sit on the other side because it had already been cleaned. To make matters worse, they blocked the bathroom with cleaning buckets, and my elderly mother—who is handicapped—was unable to use it. After this, several other customers entered, and no one said anything to them about time limits. We felt disrespected and discriminated against, especially since we were speaking Spanish. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
