When I went to pick it up at the register, a young woman handed it to me without saying anything, in a manner I found rude, and then walked away. She also failed to give me my cup, which I later had to ask another employee for. I did not say anything at the time. However, throughout my stay while I was eating at the location, the same person who handed me my order—whom I assume was the manager—kept yelling at and treating the employees poorly. During my entire visit, she continued shouting and giving orders in a rude manner that could be heard throughout the restaurant, which made me very uncomfortable and led me to leave. Although the food was good, I wanted to report this poor customer service and the mistreatment of the employees.
