The employee with curly blonde hair ignored me while two customers were in the bathroom , then cut me off mid-order with, “Are you going to be that immature, they were clearly first” as they walked up to the counter that I was waiting at for about 5 mins. Apparently, serving customers isn’t part of the job, arguing is. As a business owner myself, I can only imagine how proud management must be of this shining example of customer service. Extremely unprofessional and shocking. Won’t be back.

She ignored my husband while two other customers went to the bathroom, and when he began ordering, she cut him off and said, “Are you going to be that immature?” Instead of taking his order, she started arguing with him about ordering saying he cannot order and calling him names. Her tone and comments felt targeted and racist, making the whole experience uncomfortable and hostile. Absolutely unacceptable, never coming back. I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place.

The blonde woman at the register was rude, impatient, and even practically threw our bag of donuts on the counter. I was so confused because we hadn't done anything to cause the attitude. It was also practically empty in there so it just felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. Not to be dramatic, but I've been to some awesome dunkins in the area. Going to avoid this one for probably ever. 😅
