The staff were friendly and we appreciated that they didn’t rush our group out (especially since the space wasn’t crowded). However, for the price, the service during the event fell short. The team didn’t seem very proactive in explaining what was included or helping guests use their drink tickets, and several people had to go up to the bar themselves—which made me worry that some may have been charged for drinks that should’ve been covered. The layout also made it a bit tricky for guests to access the food platters (which also were not as large as I expected for the price) and plates comfortably. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but given the cost, I expected smoother service and more attentiveness during the event. I might go back for happy hour, but wouldn't hold another event here.
