Came in for the $6 Halloween deal and it was definitely packed, but the experience was still solid. Portion size was good — which can be hit or miss at some locations — and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a reliable spot when I’m craving Chipotle.

Chipotle가 문제인지 지점장이 문제인지 다른 review 을 참고하세요. 옆에 Chiller's Diner에서 돈 조금 더내고 맛있는거 드세요.

I was told there was no carne asada available, even after the team member directly behind the counter said he was cutting it up to the server. After my bowl was sealed and packaged, the server deliberately held the carne asada back to give it to someone he clearly knew, saying it was “only for that bowl” when questioned. It got worse when we asked to buy vinaigrette. One employee told another (in Spanish) not to bring any out, even though there was some in the fridge. Only after pressing did another staff member grab one, for 2 bowls. The lack of professionalism, the dismissive behavior, and the intentional language switch to fake confusion or limit transparency was absolutely unacceptable. Especially when it’s understood by those they are trying to purposely manipulate. The staff at this location needs immediate retraining on basic customer service, communication, and respect. They are unprofessional and will eventually run this business into the ground.
