- VHVeronica HillApr 27, 20261.0I have been going to this taco bell since it opened, they NEVER get the order correct. Today i went there through drive thru, girl working the window was far from friendly. I purchased my order, went all the way home to find stuff missing from my box (again not the first time, they are messing the order up so, i usually check my full order before leaving parking lot, but today I did not ). I tryed calling establishment, no one answers the phone... ever( this too has happened in the past), which forced me to go all the way back to get the missing item which in turn, makes me miss dinner with my family, i get to eat cold food, and never received anything, not even a coupon for my inconvience, or a simple apology....nothing. terribly run business.

After pulling forward I decided to double check the boxes and found a disgusting glob of hot sauce packets sitting on top of the food in 1 box. I pulled around again so I could talk to the same girl at the window. I explained what I found and relayed that I found it disgusting. I asked for them to replace the cinnamon twists because the gross glob was sitting on top of them and they were open. Another girl inside the window started to be mouthy, saying “is she still talking?” And said “there might be an up charge for a swap to chips.” I didn’t ask for a swap, just some acknowledgement and replacement of the open item. It was intentional that it was put in there. There was no way to pick that up and not notice it was a disgusting glob of trash.
