I’m questioning how someone that talks to customers is still obligated to work, and the girl manager wouldn’t give me her name, but she looked young and she was beyond nasty. It was on december 26th. I can’t believe everyone in there was filled with so much rage after christmas. I ordered french fries… They were cold to the touch and the bag was flipped upside down. They then proceeded to tell me i do this multiple times and they don’t want todo it. I’m sorry but yes i’ve done this once before because again… my food was cold and a mess. It should never be a problem for me to have the food remade. My whole life i’ve never gotten this treatment at a place of business. something should be done. I have videos of these interactions but it won’t let me post on here. My friends and family will no longer be coming here & i will be posting this interaction online.

Nothing but attitude i got from the woman behind the counter. why is it so hard to just redo it? it’s your job? when i’m paying money for something id like it to be fresh. Definitely not going back to this taco bell. i’ll take the extra 10 minute drive elsewhere.
