    1st time ever eating Chipotle. Food was not hot. Steak & chicken were cold. Sour cream was like milk, all watery. Glad I asked for it on the side! Portions was very small & skimpy! Barely any rice or meat & thats all I got! With a little & I mean little shredded cheese & lettuce. Huge disappointment & will never go back again. Not worth $13.00!

    Pick up order. The meal consisted of little meat and mostly lettuce. Old, wilted lettuce. Contacted Chipotle and their response was to offer a B1G1 coupon!!. They want to force me into another purchase, NOT take care of the issue. Such a pathetic, disappointing and unappetizing meal. Awful customer service

    First I have to wait 10 minuets for my order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time (ten minuets prior) than my bow is crushed in the bag also I order two bowls and get one fork definitely my last time eating money here

    Disappointed yet again with the take out service. This time missing chips and missing upcharged side item. The “salad” had about 5 pieces of wilted lettuce buried at the bottom. In person, they are ok but double check any order you are picking up. Best of luck to you on delivery orders.
