  I placed a order on the app and my brother picked it up for me the chips are so salty and so old. The steak is old and dry and hard not to mention they baeley put any on my bowl the lettuce is brown and wilted. I ordered 3 side tortillas and they were rolled up in tin foil hard and couldn't separate them so ended up throwing the whole meal away after i called the store 3 times and no answer. Wont ever be returning this place has gone down hill so bad.

  I just ordered from this chipotle and I ordered a Burrito via the app. The burrito was 13 dollars and this burrito is so small it maybe has 3 total bites. I drove back to ask if there’s is anything possible they can do where I can actually get my 13 dollars worth of food and they wouldn’t provide me with anything besides another burrito EVEN SMALLER than the burrito they made me before. Definitely do not order from this Chipotle on Route 9 in Lacey Township, because I sure as hell won’t!

  Takeout bag got wet from food and dump containers on floor. Chipotle customer service representative issued us credit for replacement entrees and chips. By that my wife my had ordered a pizza..

  I went to Chipotle for the first time on Sunday around dinner time. The place was clean and the staff were amazing. The line moved pretty quickly, and everyone was super friendly and helpful while I was ordering. I did have a small issue with a coupon for free guacamole that wouldn’t scan on my phone. The manager, I assume, was really nice about it and made it so I could still get it. I really appreciated that. Great food and service, I’ll definitely be coming back.
