The shift manager should be watching this and reminding staff to take 3 minutes and wipe the tables and chairs every 30 minutes. Also, lots of talking noise behind the counter. Practically yelling at each other. Last, many times breakfast sandwich has unmelted cheese on it and hash browns are cold. Hot food and melted cheese should be a standard, not skipped because it's busy. How about an option on the app to specify, 'extra hot'.
