So I come here when I’m in the area. I had time between appts. The last time I asked for 5 creams and 2 sugars separately. And when I opened the coffee the creamers and sugars we’re in there. I ask for this because sometimes the coffee is stronger than other times. Or vice versa.
Ok. Didn’t say anything.
Today … I asked for the same and recvd such. Thanks.
However, the sauce that comes on the bagel egg and cheese is missing. And truthfully it’s needed because the bagel is a bit dry. So that was disappointing.
So far I found this franchise to be inconsistent as far as food handling.
They move things along in the drive thru quickly. But today I wasn’t 100 percent happy with my food.

Me and my friends ordered food at the same time expecting to receive the food at the same time but I received my food first, within 5 mins and my friend received hers 20 mins later and they messed it up. It was not a hard order. It was a ice tea and large fries. And the place was empty. It should take a max of 5 mins for us to receive the food together and walk out.

I paid almost $25 through Uber eats for a big mac, (which i didnt mind because i really wanted it). It was so sloppily put together that it basically fell apart. Could not eat it. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed because I was looking forward to a nice hot breakfast, instead everything was cold. Staff could care less as I noticed everyone standing around chatting having a social hour. Also served my big breakfast to me with no utensils. Also can you train your staff and show them how to properly put together a sandwich instead of just throwing everything on carelessly. I know they don't care but management/owners should. Why pay ten bucks for this crap when it sucks every time.

I have been visiting this location for years. It has become inconsistent.
Today, I was the only customer for an early breakfast. The food was only moderately warm, not hot. The coffee was good. The crew didn’t have time to get it right, but did have time for a loud and extended social conversation which detracted from the in-store experience.
This store is longer executing consistently well.
