In the beginning it took them so long to find the cake, I had a feeling they didn't have the cake. When they bright out my cake, it looked nothing like the cake I ordered, they probably just took a generic cake and put our writing on it quickly. The store associates said they had to call the manager, I waited for 30 mins for them to talk to the manager. They finally admit they messed up, and offer a refund. I took the refund because the cake is ugly and looks nothing like the one I ordered. But I'm left with no cake for my party. They said they can remake it in an hr, but I know they can't remake it from scratch in an hr. I called a different Baskin Robin, and was told the sorbet needs 24 hrs to thaw and refreeze in the cake. So I think they are just going to scrape off the cream and redo the icing, which will look ugly still. The people at the store were also rude, one guy (they refused to provide name when I asked) argue with me how can I need the cake right away, he said "who eats cake in the middle of the day". Nobody was professional nor are they customer centric. Will never order anything from this store again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
