  the AI bot taking orders in the drive thru window SUCKS - could not make an easy substitution and could not add a second quesadilla

  Their A.I. assistant gets the orders wrong and staff have to constantly correct it. Please just remove the dumb feature it's hurting staff and customers.

  I love this Taco Bell, whenever I come in for dine in somebody is cleaning the windows or mopping the floor. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing I have to say is that I hate the AI. It is a nightmare for people who want to customize their orders and I prefer speaking to the lovely staff at this location.
