I have been to this location multiple times and I always have a problem with the Spanish lady at the drive thru window. I have let it roll off my shoulder in the past but this was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced. I understand it’s fast food and people have bad days but she only seems to have bad days. Today I had a mobile order I went to the speaker and she said to pull forward. She opened the window and started to give me drinks that were not in my order. I said I had a mobile order and she said I didn’t and trying to fight me as if I was lying. She then told me to show her my order which I did. Then she slammed the window shut and I waited for my food. Once my food was done she only opened it for her arm to get out and literally threw the bag to me. She is always rolling her eyes and giving attitude. This needs attention brought to.

I gave her my only dollar bill I had w me. Then in a rude way she opened the window and asked for a smaller bill. I said give me a minute I’ll look for some(didn’t have any) I started searching for coins. She kept on saying omg, omg in a rude way. Gave her the 78 cents. She closed the window right before I asked her for some sauce. Open the window and said what do you want now. Like if I was bothering her. Definitely won’t be going back.
