Without fail, there’s an issue with the order. Forgotten ingredients in the salad. Charging me for guac, tomatillo salsa, or a tortilla on the side but then failing to include it. Forget about the salsa or any specific ingredients I order on the salad. This evening put me over the edge. I placed my initial order, but got really hangry on the drive home so I placed a second order of just tortilla chips as a snack for the remainder of the drive. I told them at pickup I had two orders: a bowl and a separate one for chips. They said they put them in the same bag, so my chips were supposedly in the bag. I opened the bag to confirm while sitting in the Chipotlane. No chips. And then the person working the drive through had the audacity to be annoyed I checked for them before leaving. It’s a waste of money to go here. Go to Five Guys or another quick serve place nearby.
