    Good evening, I am a customer who visits your restaurant every week with my family. We have always had a good experience, which is why I feel it is important to express this situation respectfully but clearly. On 01/02/2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., the manager on duty informed us that the restaurant was closing and refused to give us the table we requested, even though the restaurant was still within its operating hours. As regular customers, we believe this type of treatment is not appropriate. Customers pay to enjoy the restaurant, the service, and the comfort—especially families who visit frequently. Denying an available table based on a personal decision by the manager leaves a poor impression and negatively affects the customer experience. I honestly believe this is something that should be reviewed and corrected for the good of the restaurant, as situations like this may cause loyal customers to reconsider returning. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. We appreciate the restaurant and would like it to continue providing the good service it is usually known for. Thank you for your attention.

    Very disappointed! Make sure your order is taken correctly and expect to wait! Meal came to table wrong and food was cold! How can an order of chicken wings get messed up? Doubt we will be returning 🫤🤔

    Waited for take out almost 30 extra minutes only for the our food to be sitting on the counter after being asked for our name. Terrible attitude from waitress.

    We had a very bad car accident that wasn’t our fault and had to wait for a ride because our truck was totaled. They took such good care of us!! Food was excellent! Drinks were perfect! Highly recommended for attention to customers who are experiencing life in a traumatic way! Thank you to a caring and kind management and serving team!
