We have always had a good experience, which is why I feel it is important to express this situation respectfully but clearly. On 01/02/2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., the manager on duty informed us that the restaurant was closing and refused to give us the table we requested, even though the restaurant was still within its operating hours. As regular customers, we believe this type of treatment is not appropriate. Customers pay to enjoy the restaurant, the service, and the comfort—especially families who visit frequently. Denying an available table based on a personal decision by the manager leaves a poor impression and negatively affects the customer experience. I honestly believe this is something that should be reviewed and corrected for the good of the restaurant, as situations like this may cause loyal customers to reconsider returning. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. We appreciate the restaurant and would like it to continue providing the good service it is usually known for. Thank you for your attention.
