We ordered 3 baconators and 2 baconator fries, and his answer was yelling at other people inside: Oh, man! 3 baconators. The worst baconator fries I’ve ever had. We got strips of bacon instead of bacon bits like usual. We waited like 15 min at the window for our order and there were people waiting first than us on the side that were complaining about the long wait and missing food. Definetely, I won’t go at this time anymore. But I still love Wendys.

I had been going there for a while, and have been getting my food wrong several times, with things that I can't eat and make me feel sick, a simple order of just one thing, and every time whoever makes the meal always adds other things, making me feel sick. After the third time I've made a call, asking what they can do to make things right, and I get audited from the person answering the phone. As I was telling them of the problem, they kept saying 'We can give you new food, we can do that' Ignoring my request that they tell, and make sure the person behind the making of the food makes it right. Even when I asked them that several times they got nasty saying 'I don't make the food' and 'I can't do that' The blight you mean you can't do that. He even goes on to say 'Call corporate to complain about it' By far the worst servos I have ever been giving anywhere, by anyone. Glad to see this is the Wendy's standard in action, horrible food and horrible servos from horrible people
