    Nothing good here at all! Needs to be shut down. The teen calling himself a manager no way! He definitely should not be a manager. The store is dirty bathrooms gross garbage everywhere floors tables and no one changes the bags. The whole staff is rude and the manager is so mean to the customers. Why is a child running a store with zero experience!!! I will be calling corporate and health board. And the chicken was a mix bag some cooked and some burnt. So bad so gross.

    Tried to call the office and got a computer that wouldn't put us thru. All I wanted was to say no cilantro on my order. Ridiculous. hire some people to answer the phone.

    I went there tonight since there was the buy a burrito get a free entree, I was told they had no more rice and it would be 16-17 minutes. Idk how you run out of rice at a chipotle it’s like the main ingredient in burritos and burrito bowls. You need new management it is unacceptable for you to be running out of rice at a chipotle and that is on management. About 10 people walked out after learning there was no rice, you’re losing sales at what would be a profitable location if run properly

    I would never back to this location the service is terrible especially customer service like walking into the house of attitudes! I place an order for pickup and while waiting i watch the lady make my orders, which she didn’t follow the instructions when I ask her? She reply with an attitude rolling her eyes yes. The manager jumps in after seeing me annoyed and proceeds to go back and forth with me saying it look right to her from a camera view. Like I wasn’t watching her make my food! I open the food and showed her it wasn’t made right they ended up giving me what was missing on the side. But soon after that they started talking in their language which was very rude and unprofessional! I don’t recommend this place at all! 😑
