I understand we all have bad days but honestly if you are having one who shouldn’t be in the front like taking drive through and maybe be in the back doing something else. With that being said. I just went through the drive through to make an order to start with “can I help you” so I said good morning. She proceeded with can I help you ? Well dam ok someone might be having a bad day. No manners but it’s okay not everyone was raised with manners. As I said good morning to her she replied with a “ what do you want “. I said “one second the screen changed so I can’t see the menu.” I proceeded and said can I get a 6 $ menu. And she said on what. I said on a croissant as I was telling her no bacon she started to talk over me and ask ice or cold. I said did you hear that I said no bacon ? (Mind you she was talking over me while I said no bacon. ) I just wanted to make sure she heard me cause I can’t have bacon. She answer and said “ i heard you “ (in a nasty tone) and( a nasty attitude) I said ma’am. You don’t have to be rude ! Can you believe all she replied to what I said was “i heard you. “ I’m like you know what forget my order. Ima leave a review and she said okay? With a tone that she didn’t even care that her lack of customer service was so horrible. So Dunkin’ do better cause weather I buy 6$ worth of menu or 50$ customer service for everyone should be good. She didn’t even care that I was leaving a review and hey maybe it means nothing by and yall won’t say anything but at least customers know what to expect when coming to this location.
