  I've been stopping at least 4 times a week (new costumer) I was upset, and not only me that one lady was taking the orders and making them..we had to wait 20 min for 3 driinks 04/07/2026 5:00pm ..theres was other lady who was just sweeping over n over and refused to help the older lady..even some customers ask if she could help the lady there was a point where she had around 10 ppl waiting..

  There was a worker named Brian. He needs a raise. He made the best refreshers and coffees i’ve had in the years i’ve gone to this location. phenomenal.

  Service is AWFUL!!!!!! It was empty and I had to wait forever… they were just talking. Never coming here again

  This place consistently serves subpar coffee. I’ve visited it three or four times, and each time, the coffee has been watered down or stale. I dont the staff is trained well to make good coffee

  10:40 am and they don’t have a single donut in the store. Had to leave with a very upset 4 year old because he couldn’t get a donut after promising him I’d get him one. I’d like to know what they are Dunkin because it isn’t donuts
