  Consistently some of the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Called the store today because they were open on their online store and when I asked if they were open I was cut off with “no no we don’t have anymore food we are closed” at least take your online store off the app if you are closed.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this Domino’s for a long time, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Tonight, I walked in to place an order and was immediately treated with extreme disrespect by a young employee who identified himself as Alexi, claimed to be the manager, had braces and an arm tattoo. When I asked for a pizza, he abruptly told me to “get out.” When I calmly asked why, he said they weren’t taking orders, which was fine, but instead of leaving it there, he continued by saying he didn’t owe me any explanation and that it was “his store.” The interaction was uncomfortable, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was polite the entire time and did nothing to warrant that behavior. Being spoken to like that ruined my night and made me feel unwelcome in a place I’ve supported many times. If this individual is truly in a management role, that is deeply concerning. This behavior does not reflect the customer service standards Domino’s is known for. I sincerely hope corporate reviews this incident and takes appropriate action, because no customer should ever be treated this way. Very disappointed and shocked.. deeply saddened.

  La pasta súper seca sin salsa y traté de pagar por extra y me dijeron que no y simplemente que no cuando anteriormente si me ponían extra ya que sale muy seca la pasta y traté de pagar extra por qué me dieran un poco más y simplemente me dijeron que no

  ordered a large pie, but got 2 small ones instead. Wasn’t even told about the order change. When our transaction was completed, I was waiting for the receipt but the worker THREW it at me, landing on the floor. I’m holding the 2 pizza boxes and can’t go down, yet this worker is smirking laughing and on her phone and refuses the pick up the receipt she threw at me. 2 other workers there saw everything and ignored. Horrible service. Was a frequent monthly customer but will never be coming here again.
