Horrible service. Was a frequent monthly customer but will never be coming here again.

About 35 minutes after placing the order, I received a notification saying that my order had been delivered, but there was no order at my address. When we called the driver, he said he had dropped it off and then hung up the phone. Later, we called customer service directly, and they told us the order was on its way. We waited another 20 minutes, but the order still hadn’t arrived. When we called for the third time, we asked them to resend the order (because I’m pregnant and I needed to eat this), and they reluctantly agreed. After waiting another 30 minutes, guess what happened? The driver went back to the wrong address and returned the order. There were no fresh items, and nothing was warm. I will never order from here again.
