  I’ve ordered from this Panera location many times and have generally had consistent experiences, which is why today’s order was so disappointing. First, although I double-checked my delivery address in the app, the address changed by one digit after submission. The resulting address does not exist. Instead of contacting me or following the address shown in the app, the delivery driver chose to leave my food at an entirely different location on a different street. I only recovered my order because the person it was delivered to happened to know me and called after seeing my name on the bag. Second, when I received the food, both salads were noticeably underfilled—about three-quarters full. I order the same salads regularly, and they are normally filled to the top. This was not a subtle difference. Third, when I contacted the store to explain these issues, the interaction with the manager was extremely unprofessional. Rather than addressing the substance of the concerns, the manager repeatedly insisted that I was “yelling,” despite my calmly explaining that I was not. The conversation became focused entirely on that accusation instead of the actual problems, and I was ultimately hung up on. When I called back, I was told that person was the highest manager available. My friend also called on my behalf and was met with a similar attitude. The manager stated they have “no control” over delivery drivers and also insisted the salad portions were correct—despite having no way to know what was actually delivered to me. I understand that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and refusal to even acknowledge the possibility of error made this experience far worse than it needed to be. Between the delivery failure, inconsistent food quality, and poor management response, this was an extremely disappointing experience from a location I previously trusted.

  Received a text that the food was ready, but we had to wait another 10min for the rest of it to come out. As we waited for the food, we saw a woman fill a half gallon container with iced tea - opening of the container touching the iced tea spout. Watched the personnel behind the counter watch her do this. And didn’t stop her. THEN as we ate, a homeless gentleman walked around pulling up his pants and asking for an empty cup. This visit was disturbing and I won’t go there again.

  I am in good hands every time I step into Bella's. My nail tech Lieyah is fabulous and all she wants to know from me is what color and the magic begins....Just don't take my word for it go on the website and trust me you will be happy.
