My husband and son walk there a few times a week and their reward is a cookie from Panera's. I'm not sure how they were introduced, but she goes out of her way to say hello, to make him feel comfortable, and gives him so much respect. My son is 16, has autism and ADHD, and doesn't like to go to many places, but requests "Panera Bread cookie." Thank you 🩵 Tasia
