  Let’s just say this, if zero was an option that would be my choice. LORRAINE Is extremely impatient and arrogant. She apparently is the “manager” and if I ran a business she would be my last choice for that position. She is just rude, disrespectful and has zero customer service skills. How is she a manager at the facility I have no clue. Everyone else there is nice but she honestly needs to go. She was extremely rude my wife who is 6months pregnant and she always picks up her order from the window. She refused to give her her drink and told her that she could come inside. Mind you all she had to do was pass her the drink(it was preordered and payed for already) close DD to my wife job and now she doesn’t even feel comfortable going there, it was completely unnecessary and unprofessional how she acted. Let me add that it was 30 degrees outside, raining, and your going back and forth with someone who is just picking up there order. That interaction could have been less then a minute if she just did her job!

  old lady that works there very rude told her i got the wrong drink she told me to deal with it and walked away! HORRIBLE SERVICE.😡

  i will start by saying after reading the prior reviews it’s very clear who mine will be about. LORRAINE the older woman “manager” who works there is extemely unprofessional. Did a mobile order for the walk up window and pulled up in my car and walked up to the window to get the order was met with this woman who refused to give me my order making multiple excuses saying first i wasn’t getting my order until she completed someone’s uber order then refused to give me my drink because she wanted me to park on the other side of the parking lot. closed the window in my face 3x and made the entire staff ignore me. i am 6 months pregnant and she made me wait outside in 30 degree weather in the rain for 20 min just to receive a drink i paid for because she didn’t want to service me until i moved my car to the other side of the parking lot and in turn made me late for work. dunkin will have to rectify or lawyers will be involved. This mistreatment is inexcusable. Also would like to mention they do not do their curbside pickups- i did a CP one time and waited in my car for almost an hour before walking up to the window where they had my drink stating i could just come to the window to get it myself. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

  If I could give a zero I would. I placed an online order. I went to pick it up. And I got greeted with: we can’t make your order. A simple: hi I’m sorry we can’t make your order today. Is there something else I can get you instead? Would have worked a whole lot better. Went to a different Dunkin and got what I wanted with no attitude.
