This is the absolute worst restaurant location in all of Mercer County. The employees are slow, lazy, and do not have an ounce of customer service in them. That entire crew needs to be fired YESTERDAY. It's like they're competing to be the worst restaurant in Mercer County.
I go to this location all the time, but after last night I will no longer be coming back or supporting this business.
At around 11:30 PM, I ordered food in the drive-thru. My roommate wanted something as well, so I politely asked if I could place two separate transactions while in the same car. There was no one behind me at the time. I was told I would have to go back around, which I said was fine.
However, when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was then told to park and wait in the parking lot, which I was not comfortable doing. I have done separate transactions here before with no issue because the staff was usually kind and understanding.
This time was very different. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, which was extremely disappointing. The way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a regular customer.
Because of how poorly this was handled, I will not be returning.

Super slow service. My delivery driver has been waiting for an hour+ when I ordered through the taco bell app. Not sure what happened to “fast food” but I guess it takes as long as sit down restaurant now
Long wait time for cold undercooked and nasty food. . Store smells like raw sewage coming from bathroom or they mop the floor with toilet water. Needs a visit from the health department immediately.
WORST costumer service ever, I order on the screens they have, I was paying cash so I went to the counter and the worker take someone else's order and move to the back, he did the same thing twice and he saw me waiting to pay my order. Idk why they apply for a job they don't like
