  I have only used the kiosk for ordering so I cannot speak for the reliability of ordering by mouth. Some employees do have heavy accents that I struggle with (that's my auditory processing issues, not their fault) so I do appreciate being able to customize my order on the kiosk, and they have filled it correctly every time. I would suggest anyone struggling with getting their order correct simply use the kiosk, or, if you are going to the drive thru, order ahead online. That said.... It's a Dunkin. Every Dunkin is pretty bad. I'm just here for my coffee fix with vegan milk, and this Dunkin has about the same quality coffee and food as all the others. But I don't have any issues with the employees who are just struggling to make a living on minimum wage. We're all just trying to get by and could use some more empathy for our fellow humans.

  I’ve visited this location many times, and unfortunately my experience has been different from other Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. In my personal experience, the food quality and presentation here have seemed inconsistent compared to other branches. The items I received looked and tasted noticeably different from what I’m used to at other Dunkin’ stores. (Many times I experienced this issue at this branch) I also felt that the overall environment during my visits did not meet the standard I typically expect from this brand. This is simply my personal impression based on what I observed, and honestly, I haven’t seen similar issues at any other branches.

  This is not the usual Dunkin I go to. But I notice that the coffee is very watered down compared to other Dunkins I have gone to. Customer service was not good.

  I ordered turkey sausage and cheese on a English muffin. The turkey sausage was burnt to a crisp. Awful

  Refused to put less milk in my drink offer was to add more espresso for a charge... I wanted less milk and no extra caffeine. First Dunkin to be difficult about their inconsistent drinks that they themselves make up on the spot, but when I have a request they want more money.
