We only go on Tuesdays to get bagels. Get them by 8am so they are still fresh. Our favorite bagels: Cinnamon crunch, asiago & everything. The service is good but you have to request that the worker puts on new gloves before touching your food. Some workers will clean, touch the register, scan gun, money, etc., and then pick up your bagel. How unsanitary? Watch them when they make your food. And lastly, just annoying that when you pay with a debit/credit card, you're asked for the tip amount. Really? For placing my 🥯 in a bag? And I already had to ask you to put on new gloves. The audacity 😒

I ordered an almond pastry and I was eager to eat that delicious dessert. Just FYI don’t go directly to pick up the food. You honk, honk and nobody can hear you. The employee said they can’t hear anything and you have to tell them that you are picking up where you order food. So I got my order I took a bite and there it was cold. Seriously, cold!!!! The previous Panera gave me a nice warm pastry not this ice cold thing. They should place a poster and said “ Tell us you are to pick up your order.”

I’m pretty sure they got new employees this semester or something. I order here all the time. The last few times they don’t even take time to see if orders are done. I’m only writing this review bec like the laziness is crazy. I said I had a drive through order and she didn’t even look for it. All she said was it’s not here. Multiple times. Just for me to walk in and ask another woman and she immediately gave me my order. Like the RECEIPT IS BIG A HELL. I’ll go back into my hiatus bec that was so annoying

Bad customer service. The guy working the drive through window is rude. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes and when I finally got to the window he gave me a drink which want mines ( I got a mobile order of a sandwich and a lemonade) I gave him back the drink and said it was wrong and he gave me the wrong drink two more times. He then said I don’t understand and rolled his eyes and closed the window. He then came back and said “um there’s cars behind you” I said you never gave me my mobile order and that he still had me the wrong drink. He finally gave me my order with an attitude. Don’t be mad at customers because you don’t like your job go find one you like so you won’t have a poor attitude.

Ordered through the app, it says to go through the drive thru. Wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes and 2 cars pull away. We pull up to the window and wait 5 minutes. Finally we gave up and knocked on the window. The girl that came to it acted annoyed and then told us she couldn’t give us our order and we had to go inside. Go inside and ask why couldn’t the first person tell us that when we told them and the way too many employees doing nothing just gave us blank stares.
